Wisconsin’s Strategic Energy Assessment - Docket 05-ES-102
"The PSC began research in 2003 by asking Wisconsin utilities to look seven years into the future and project their anticipated growth in energy demand, new construction, the need to purchase power from outside sources and the types of fuels they plan to use. This information was compiled in the draft Strategic Energy Assessment – Energy 2010.
